2020 Draft Lottery
The lottery will be simmed this evening.

The results of the lottery will continue to be posted as the Playoffs progress. A new team will be added to the bottom of the list every day until the top two spots have been confirmed.

The lottery will be simmed using D5's Draft Lottery Simulator (originally created by Josh Barber).

Once the lottery is finished the 2020 Rookie Draft can begin, without time limits on picks until after the real NBA draft starts on a date yet to be announced by the NBA.

Tie-breakers were decided here.

Though with most of their current roster on 1st round contracts, likely NOP is gonna need to consolidate or kick picks down the road— just not enough roster spots to sign all those players

Ok I thought I'd investigate because to me it doesn't seem like the Suns get that much bad luck

The worst luck the Suns have had in the lottery is back in 2018 when they dropped from 2nd to 4th, that is literally the only other year of Jared Montini's GMship that they've been in the Lottery. Missing out on jumping into the Top 4 here isn't exactly epic bad luck.

Epic bad luck is like having Picks 1 & 2 and dropping to 3 & 4, then the following year having Pick 2 and dropping to 4 but of course all of that was balanced out by jumping from 9th to 1st in 2016.
