Lance Stephenson is excited to rejoin the man he once called god, Josh Barber and the Brooklyn Nets. In one of the most tumultuous processes I've personally seen where GMs raised, re-raised, lowered, withdrawn offers and rejoined the process, Lance ultimately felt it was best to join a team where he was certain he would be appreciated.
He was extremely close to joining the Cleveland Cavaliers, but when they reduced their offer for the second time, he finally decided in favor of the team with the more consistent tone.
