I didn't want to make multiple threads for both, so I will just combine it.
I would say that winning the DPOY and leading his team to the west finals should mean that Gasol should get a increase. ATM he is a 83 but I do think he is easily worth a boost to 86 or 87.
With kawhi he is having a paul george esque career arc and should take another sizeable leap and will become an elite two-way player in a year or so. Still he has proven that he needs a sizeable jump from 78. I would recommend a increase to 83/84 with adding to his three point shooting, rebounding, and basic defensive stats.
I would also ask for a ratings increase for evan fournier (had a decently solid rookie year) and jae crowder (starter for the mavs now).

Gasol - I like him at around an 87.
Kawhi - You are jumping the gun a bit. George himself is at an 83 so how is Kawhi already an 83 when you are saying in a year or two he "should" be like George? 12 points, 6 boards, 2 assists, 1.7 steals, .6 blocks. He is shooting very well at 49.4%, and his 3pt is good at 37.4%, but he's still at least a couple points behind George. 80, maybe 81 tops for right now, from me.
Honestly I just think posts like this are a little light on information as to why a player deserves a boost. I happen to agree on Gasol, and even on Kawhi (but let than you want)...but guys like Fournier and Crowder I need more information as to why they deserve a boost.

Will update later on why I think each player deserves a increase.
Haven't had a chance to go on my laptop and link stats plus more arguments

I think Paul George being in the low 80s to be a travesty. Also both players are fantastic two-way players and really do think the defensive side is ignored way too much in this league. Again I'm only on my phone atm so it's hard to post sufficient information let alone type properly.
