The Memphis Grizzlies are looking for a new GM!  Step 1: Reply to this thread to ApplyOutline your experience with the NBA and fantasy sports, which team you support, where you live etc. Describe your plans for the Grizzlies if you were to take over as GM. Greetings to everyone.
Some GMs here may know me as Stuff the Magic Dragon in D720. I was also in NBAXeries for a couple of months before storming out. As most of the GMs there, I am also from Manila.
I have been following the NBA since 2004 and has been a Kobe fan since (I know, the Pistons beat the shit out of them that year). I also started rooting for the Spurs thanks to Manu doing what he does.
The Memphis Grizzlies looks good enough to contend but they are old. Some moves to make the team younger may be the best course to extend its title contention. The team is paying too much to not make the Finals. Also, moving AD for PG13 is insane after getting the #1 seed in the West.

I've been a assistant for the Kings for going on 2 years while learning from my dad Amare as well as getting to know some of you guys on discord.
I'm glad to be in the league and I want to make a difference and I think I can do that by finally GMing my own team.
Memphis is fully loaded so not much I would with this team except maybe trying to get some depth for the bench and trying to win the chip!
I hope you guys will have me as a GM and again glad to be here with everyone

My name is Corey and I feel I would be a good GM for this team because I’ll be the one to transition it from a closing window into rebuilding towards the future. I see the assets this team has that will never have higher value than in current time. I currently cover the Cavaliers for Fear the Sword on SB Nation and I also am a co-host on a podcast for the Cavaliers as well. I am a basketball sicko and would devote an inappropriate amount of time into this team as I take it on the necessary road to a championship.

I know him in real life and cohost the podcast with him. He, unfortunately, doesn't live in Ohio so he won't be able to continue the Ohio Mafia going. That said, I know he's someone who would take this too seriously and be very #online. He's expressed interest in joining this league over a year ago after I mentioned it to him. Hopefully he's able to do so. |
