The rules are the following:
- Based on the current ratings, people should vote for the most overrated player and the most underrated player. You may use the following format:
Most underrated: , Current rating:, Suggested rating:

After votes are in, the winning players (for better or worse
) will be decided by the amount of votes received.
Winning players' suggested rating will be obtained as a result of the average of all the individual votes.
We will do this by rounds so if you player doesn't get picked in the current round you can vote for him again in the next round.
Votes for previous winning players are only allowed after a month or so.
THE IDEA IS NOT FOR YOU TO MAKE AN EXTENSIVE DATABASE RESEARCH. IF YOU HAVE A PLAYER IN MIND, YOU CAN GO WITH HIM. EVENTUALLY, PROBABILITIES WILL TAKE OF BUSINESS.
