The Washington Wizards accepts. I've been shopping Goran for a while now but people want to have more picks to have his contracts in there books then suddenly I notice that LAC don't have there pick this 2020 season and here we are with the trade. I give up Goran for a young guy name Justin Jackson and LAC will try to get out of Top 4 pick next draft. ^^

Clippers accept.
Both contracts are huge but I feel like Goran's current level of play and overall asset value was an upgrade for our roster.
We just had our point guard, Tony Parker, retire so Dragic would step right in to our starting point guard role.

Ummmmmmm
So this is just a tank move by Washington, right?

Ummmmmmm So this is just a tank move by Washington, right? Not really. He's the oldest guy in my team so I wanna get rid of him. I can't cut him right? So I need to trade him. I'm not tanking. It's just that I need to trade him for me not to cut those young guys. ^^

You're taking back a player who literally doesn't play and doesn't fit the NBA, is a worse player, and makes just as much money. All you're doing is making your team significantly worse.
Which is fine... You have your own picks, at least 1st rounders.

That's been the struggle I have from the start of my journey here. And I'm not a good at picking anyways. ^^

Atta boy Mike! I accept
Trade makes no sense for WAS and the most for LAC, however WAS wants to tank, so I guess that's justified.

I'm going to reject. Wanting to tank is fine, but I don't think that should mean just giving away your best players. Ideally, giving up talent should get you picks/prospects in return, and taking on a bad contract should get you picks/prospects in return. This deal is trading talent for a bad contract and seems to forget the part where Washington is supposed to get something that benefits them. It's just willfully making the team worse. Sorry guys, but this seems like just the kind of deal the trade committee is supposed to reject.

That's where I'm at too. Net value is terrible here.

I also reject. Kareem's saying he doesn't want to tank, hates picking draft picks, but trades away an established starting calibre player for fluff. Sorry Mike Krzyzewski, it just doesn't make sense. I wanted to accept just because you're two established GMs, but then I was thinking - if this trade is not rejectable then what is?
