Agh, this might be kinda weak for me to say something about it now, but I did mention this in the chat-box a week or two ago. I appreciate the work the people in this league do, and didn't wanna get on anyone's case about this... but there are exactly 4 players in both the Eastern and Western Conference Finals that are pending rating changes - Draymond Green, Russell Westbrook, Nerlens Noel, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. 3/4 are on my team, Draymond's went on a little longer than the other three, but still has been pending for some time now. The rating changes aren't huge, but when you have a bunch of young, developing players like my team does, the rating changes can add up. Between the three players on my team pending an increase, I'm down about ~9 rating points between my 6 best players. Idk. This is terrible timing to complain, I know, but it HAS been over 3 whole months since my players were voted upon. I thought that they would be taken care of by the playoffs, when it matters most, but apparently not. It's also kinda unfair that some players, ie Cousins, were given their rating increase, despite being voted on/vote closing at essentially the same time. And now OKC has had a 97/93 duo, instead of the 97/91 they would have. Westbrook should have been a 96 for the whole playoffs, instead, he sits at 93. Again, I do appreciate the work the ratings committee puts in, but three months??

That doesn't reflect well or sit with anyone. Interpretation, "with all do respect, fuck you--it's okay bc I said with all do respect".

It shows passion, passion is good whether it's expressed negatively or not within limits imho.
edit: within limits of course

Even with the increases your team doesn't really match up well with Toronto.
We got rating changes out in record time this season.
It really sucks that a bunch of my players got changed really quickly.
Maybe if someone hadn't have brought them up his players woulda got their updates sooner.

This isn't about matchups (which I disagree with, anyway)...? It's about 1/4 teams having 3 out of the 4 pending players. And got.damn. you are so salty that out of the 27 Stock Watch Discussion threads I personally created this year, 2 of them happened to be for Dellavedova and Casspi - both of whom played well this year. Seriously, that's not even relevant at all. The desperation to tank is too much.

Kevin, I am not complaining about you or your team. I'm just using Cousins as an example of a player who had their rating adjusted in time for the playoffs despite being voted on at the same time as my players. None of this is directed towards you, though frankly, I fail to see how yor injuries factor into this. While unfortunate, that's something outside of the sim. Your team is winning despite them, and I'm not saying your two points are the cause. Seriously, this has nothing to do with you winning or your injuries or your team or you.

Again, you are naive as always. I am going back to not talk or participating like 3/4 of the league. Peace.

The fact is, Kay has a point. I think he delivered it the right way and at the end of the day, all of us are all under the mercy of the efforts of the RCs so it will still be up to the RCs if they will try to fasten the process or not. IMHO, complains delivered that way doesn't hurt. But the reality is, your players should have received their increases already JK if you have eaten the shoe.

Our RC committee is so good I've seen other leagues talk about basing their own ratings on ours! There's always going to be players who slip through the cracks though, and it's always possible to do a better job. I don't mind complaints but only so long as it doesn't affect how proud our RC should be of their achievements.

Wow. After that first quarter, I thought it was going to 7 for sure. Great series, Bryan, I honestly thought you were gonna be the one advancing.
Can't believe Charlotte is going to the D5 Finals. Good luck to OKC

Congrats James, epic series, my season ended just like the raptors so really I'm not shocked at all. Two games 7 and lost in 6, a little creepy......
Durant vs Westbrook!
