NBA Live is so dumb. Teams can play completely different month to month. I went 14-2 for November, so now I'll be near .500 this month. Then back on fire for January, and so on. This is something I've noticed with tracking my team's history.
I'm predicting it now. I'm 5-4 this month so far, I figure I'll finish with 8 or 9 wins for the month (of 15 games). Then for January I bet I'll go like 13-3 and start playing well again.
If I'm right, I'll proclaim myself a genius. If I'm wrong, I doubt anyone will even remember this post a month and a half from now. #ConfirmationBias

I've not observed this phenomenon before but anything is possible /kg

So basically a natural eb and flow of a season? Well kind of, like that's what they were going for, but the guy coding didn't know how to code a natural change in momentum. So they just made it based off whatever month we are in. So a team that is hot one month, will flip to being cold the next month, then flip back to hot the month after. Or hot for two months, then cold, then average or whatever it is that's simulated. Basically seems like they were being lazy when making the game. It's not a big deal by the end of the year, when the good teams are still good, and bad are bad. It's just annoying part way through when I can see it coming, in the first few games of the month, how I'll play for the next three weeks.
