First of all, who cares about continuity? Secondly, and more importantly, why did you decide to make it three years? Why not two? Why not four? I know I will not possess Marc Gasol's bird rights, but the concept itself is rather silly and my situation with Gasol illuminates that fact. In fact, the Sacramento Kings showed more loyalty to Marc Gasol than say the Warriors did to Klay Thompson, who they often demote to a 6th man role, yet the latter garners bird rights while the former does not? Sorry, this concept makes no sense to me and I think we should have a league conversation about since major changes occurred recently. |

Three years is the rule for the NBA, but they allow transfer through trades. I can see that as the only rule that we can implement further.

He is way under the cap anyway. I imagine he could offer Monroe the same kind of deal with or without bird rights. Then again, some of the loyalty factor might be lost. It is really up to the Agent at the end.

You'd have to be very committed to being awful at english to fake being Ghazny with some of the mistakes he makes.
