HOUSTON WE HAVE LIFT OFF, THE MORMON HAS LANDED
Houston Trades: 2014 1st Round Pick (2nd Overall) 79 Tyrus Thomas $9,388,429
Utah Trades: 2014 1st Round Pick (8th Overall) 2015 1st Round Pick 76 Dion Waiters $2,033,200 $2,592,330 $3,530,753
I accept. I feel like I get good value with this trade.
I also feel like a girl who made out with every dude at the party and almost gave BJ's to some. I feel like a dirty whore. I apologize to those I led on, but, ultimately, this was the best trade for the Houston Rockets.

So Utah has Jeff Teague, Lance Stephenson, Jabari Parker, Thaddeus Young and like $8 million to sign a center. Josh making moves for the 2015 executive of the year. Great trade for the Jazz.
I accept.

Parker and Young are somewhat redundant, but not a bad move for Josh. Nice trade Utah.
Houston got rocked in this deal lol

I've been wondering how all of this would play out since I traded KG and PP a year ago, and here it is! Barkley couldn't wait for me to wake up and respond to his trade offer! I accept. Josh immediately in the discussion for EOTY!

I see it as customary to say I lose every trade. So it is really NBD to me. My "Big Board" looks a lot different than all of yours do. Time will tell.

A lot of it depends on Utah's pick next year which we cannot gauge right now. It will probably be a lottery pick, however, since Utah competes in the Western Conference.
