I accept and this trade works under the 125% rule in regards to extra money I am taking on in the trade.

This trade gives us an immediate upgrade at center with Al Jefferson. We are trying to make a Playoff push and feel like Jefferson is the missing piece to make us a serious Playoff contender. I am huge fan of Jefferson's game and I feel like his skill set is exactly what we're missing currently on this team.
It is a bit of a risk considering Jefferson will be a Free Agent after this season, but hopefully he will help us make the Playoffs and want to re-sign in Golden State after the season is over. It was tough to give up 2 future 1st rounders because if Jefferson did not re-sign we would be out quite a bit.
Vlade and I went back & forth in negotiations for awhile and finally felt like this deal made both of us happy. I will let Vlade explain for himself why he made the trade though.

I accept. Basically, I turned Ben Gordon and Derrick Williams into Andrea Baragani, a 1st round pick, and tons of cap space. Really, if you want to go back even further, I turned Derrick Williams, Barea, Fields, and Salmons into Andrea Baragani and tons of cap space. Case in point, I could now be a serious player in the FA market with 23 M in cap space and no big names to have to resign. Resigning, as the Spurs will attest to, consists of one of the scariest times in this sim league. Plus, I am not sure Al Jefferson would resign with my team. This can be attributed to the presence of Ibaka and Asik along with the personality of some of the player agents. With such a young team, I hope to lure someone *cough* Josh Smith *cough* to Sactown. I mean really, who wouldn't want to play with Damian Lillard, Serge Ibaka, Dion Waiters, Harrison Barnes, Omer Asik, and now Andrea Baragani? We will also being drafting in the lottery this year, and may be able to get a nice piece to help us out in the future. I realize Baragani is not the player the Raptors thought he could be when they drafted him with the 1st Overall Pick in the 2006 NBA Draft. However, he can still be a productive piece with his unique skill set and could help out a contending team. I will be taking offer for him, but honestly I could stand to keep him and let him play on my front line with Ibaka and Asik. Overall, I feel like this deal will be a good one for me in the long run. Golden State's 2014 and 2015 1st could end up being something special, and certainly the latter is an upgrade over the Heat's 2015 1st. The Kings still have a long way to go, but the future is bright. I have to take some credit for the fact that we are not moving to Seattle! Nice trading with you GS and best of luck to you in the future.

I'll accept. Bargnani has never been less valuable given how bad a season he had, but Jefferson is expiring and with Asik and Ibaka still under contract there would be a decent chance he would have signed with another team. Also Sacramento gets the best of the extras, two likely mid-late first round picks and Udoh who could still turn into something decent I guess for Jordan Williams and what should be the 30th pick in the 2015 draft.

I accept.
It's disappointing to see the Warriors trade away those future picks, but it's hard not to have faith in Chris Mullin's enthusiasm and knowledgeable approach, the same is true of Vlade. Bargnani is never a starting Center on a contending team and Al Jefferson correctly would not likely re-sign in Sacramento despite the building blocks clearly having been set up.
Good trade guys.

Bargnani is never a starting Center on a contending team... That's why he will get to be a SF on my team!

Now that I've come to process this deal, it takes GSW under the minimum of 12 players. Chris Mullin needs to sign a player.
