Wizards Trade:
77 Wesley Matthews - $6,505,320 - $6,875,480 - $7,245,640
Spurs Trade:
75 Eric Bledsoe $1,707,720 $2,626,473 $3,726,966 70 Greg Oden $5,000,000 $5,500,000(PO) 2015 Spurs 2nd Rounder
Salaries work within the rule.
We were in talks with Portland over Matthews weeks ago and although I hate trading Bledsoe we feel as Matthews is a building step around the players we currently have. I know for sure though that after this season Bledsoe is going to have a breakout year. Nice trading Washington.
As the GM of the Spurs we Accept.

Slight miscommunication... the Memphis pick is already mine. Just remove the Memphis 2nd rounder and I accept.
Mathews has provided some nice scoring off my bench, however I don't see him ever becoming my starter where I feel that Bledsoe has that potential and will for now serve as a great back-up on a small contract. Hopefully Oden will decline his player option but if not he is supposed to be making a comeback next year so maybe he will be able to display some of his former #1 overall pick abilities.

I know for sure though that after this season Bledsoe is going to have a breakout year. Nice trading Washington. It seems weird that you have this opinion yet you're trading him away. I accept though, I don't think Bledsoe will ever be better than a decent starting PG, and Mathews is a decent starting SG so it's fair enough for me.

Hmm...personally much rather take the chance that Bledsoe does breakout with another team and become work more than Matthews, I think he's basically as valuable as Matthews already, but not enough here to reject.
Accept.

I'd rather be Washington in this deal, but I accept.

Once this goes through I will have 16 players so I will release Quincy Pondexter.
