Pelicans trade: Fred VanVleet $3,000,000 $3,000,000
Kings trade: M Kuzminskas $3,800,000 $3,200,000 Lac 2020 2nd Tor 2020 2nd Sac 2021 2nd Sac 2022 2nd
I accept. I am not making the playoffs this year and while I love Fred and he's been incredible irl he will find a better use helping the kings make a deep playoff run.
I have cap space to make this deal

If I might say, those are a lots of picks. But the Kings are clearly going for it. But they're worst starter is Favors who is 27, so it isn't like they will be bad in the near future. Still, the picks are what? 50-55 in 2021 and in 2022 a pick around 50 and 45 next year? If Brian Scalabrine is a good drafter he definetly wins this trade, but if it's an average GM, you at best can hope 1 role player and 1 bench guy when drafting at those spots, and that's what Fred is, a role player. Understandable and good trade for both sides imo.

I accept.
Personally I can't see Vanvleet making such a huge difference by his presence that it's worth four picks, but it's not enough to reject and Sacramento will be fine after this deal.

I mean, if anything if Sac is going for it having those 4 random 2nds won't matter given how many players he has on his roster next year. That said I feel like you can get a lot more for them closer to draft time.

Tricky. The picks start to lose value pretty quick towards the end of the draft. I kind of think they're more valuable now as just "2nd round picks" rather than pick 52 in a draft. Rarely does a draft have quite that much depth to make the 50+ picks valuable.
I'll accept. VanVleet is very solid, while there's probably a 75+% chance that ALL of those picks are total zeros.
