Marcin will sign with the New Orleans Pelicans for 1 year, and all the rest of Mr. Brian Scalabrine 's Cap space. Marcin will be the starting Center in New Orleans (Note, no official "promise" was made but it's clear he'll have that role based on the roster and ratings). Playing with George Hill, Andrew Wiggins, Gordon Hayward, and Tristan Thompson, Marcin simply saw a better roster than Portland, and a chance to make a really good chunk of change before (likely) signing what could be his final contract next season. But, he'll tackle that when we get there. For now, he's very happy to play this year in the Big Easy!
