Cap space IS worth something. Some people misuse it, and some people lose out on FA and don't use it at all, but the opportunity that it brings has to be worth something, or else why do we have a salary cap or bird rights or now RFA or the MLE, etc. Cap space (money) is valuable, plain and simple. Hanamichi, I want you to know that's the reason I'm thinking about this so much. It's not just the player values, it's the money. That is correct. But the value of it is not concrete. It depends on the plan of the GM. If a GM doesn't plan to make a splash on the Free Agency, the value of that cap space should not be that high... Isn't it? Let us take WAS for example. Should he really need to make a splash in the offseason? He has two good pieces in place with one coming from the 2017 draft. And in terms of role players, he has several of them already. What if he doesn't want any of the top free-agents this 2017 and continue to build through the draft? Are you also going to judge that as a wrong move and force him to use his cap space? Now, there is a big difference if I am doing it with CHA, for example. The Cap Space of CHA should have a higher value than that of WAS because it is pretty obvious that he is contending. You should not put a concrete value on the cap space. Let the GMs decide how they will use their cap space. And by the way, look at PHX. That contract of Thad and Tobias. That is the product of having that abundant cap space. Cap Space doesn't win you championship. Your team does.. Sounds like you know washingtons plan a little too well. Also, I think Hanamachi likes being on D5 a bit too much to do something like that.

And seriously, how about some votes already TCs?

Even if it's two of them, and not star level guys, if he goes after them hard and does it early and consistently, that means a lotyo PAs

For real, why is he content with Isaiah Whitehead being his off-season addition to his team. Should anyone be happy with that? He's already resigned to do nothing major until at least 2018 off-season?

Whitehead versus Len in a 4 years contract that starts around 14 million (just a guess) who will also help you win more games? That is not a clear cut Alex Len...

If we're being honest I'd want Whitehead on a 4 year deal at 1.5 mil a year than Alex "What Injury Now" Len for 4 years at 10 mil. Len has more upside but there are plenty of lumbering bigs out there at the same price range people are trying to give away in trades.

What I think is a travesty is how propaganda has reduced Russia's role in WWII. Most of WWII was Operation Barbarossa with Germany vs Russia on the Eastern Front, nothing compares to that shitstorm in the history of war.

Here is a cool pic showing the changing perceptions of who helped win WW2 the most. The Eastern Front was way bigger and more brutal than the Western Front. Russia definitely did the most to defeat Germany.
