He's a way better defender than Towns, more steals, slightly less blocks. The blocks are slightly less because Dieng is actually guarding the post player who gets the ball. Towns just comes weakside.
Also has a better Ast-TOV ratio than Towns. Not scoring much but crazy efficient.

At the end of the day, although their stats are very similar, I would prefer Dieng. That doesn't defend a 2 point difference though so I will raise my Plumlee vote to a 79.

There are a few skills that need to be reduced, like blocking and OReb. More skills that needed to increase like Passing and DAware.
79 should be fine.
