77. It's understandable to think this by just looking at his stats this season, but it's wrong. He started the year terribly, but he's been shooting well lately and he always does so many little things to help the Raptors. He's an above average defender too, though not elite. He definitely deserves his rating.
This split is basically Patterson's season summed up thus far:
First 12 games:
30.5 MPG, 5.7 PPG, 5.6 RPG, 2.0 APG, 0.8 SPG, 0.7 BPG, 28.6 FG%, 21.2 3P%, 69.2 FT%
Last 15 games:
27.2 MPG, 9.1 PPG, 5.9 RPG, 1.5 APG, 1.1 SPG, 0.1 BPG, 44.6 FG%, 47.8 3P%, 72.2 FT%
