He's just not good. It sucks cause he's one of my favorite NBA "Characters" but he's averaging career lows in all percentages.

I still maintain that he's a better passer than Kyrie just based on eye test and with full minutes him averaging almost as many assists as a SG. But I digress. He's never managed to pull it together and become more than an inefficient chucker who offers not much else.
