i think he needs lowered again, he doesn't even start. Still has some good games here and there, but definitely not an 84.

Currently averaging 7 and 4, averaged 12 and 6 last year. One of, if not the worst defender in the NBA.

I believe the per 36 minutes is a better gauge when a player's minutes is already diminishing.
2016 - 18.5 PTS | 9.9 REBS | 2.3 ASTS | 1.3 BLKS | 48.5% FG | 18.2 PER
2017 - 17.0 PTS | 9.8 REBS | 2.3 ASTS | 0.7 BLKS | 47.4% FG | 14.3 PER

That three points decrease should be used to nerf his defense. |
