Accept. I assume JR is trying to clear some cap, but either way it's fine.

I think Gerald Green is worth more than this, he's a solid back up imo. But whatever, I accept.

We need to see some screenshots here. Jr might just be waiting for the tc's opinions if it was a good deal or not then went to reject the trade.

Yes. I was not waiting on the TC. I would never wait for a decision. Goes to show that until both GMs accept a trade, opinions and decisions should not be made. But I swear to god my decision was not made off of waiting on the TC and their decision. I based it off my team, my off season and the future of my team going forward.

So why did you agree to it in messages to begin with? We all have decided last minute not to go through with a trade at one time or another. Its happened IRL. Until a trade is accepted by a gm its not a binding contract. Verbal contracts are just that verbal. And in our league threads between GMs are verbal. But I swore to it and I will continue to do so... I did not wait on the TC to make MY decision!! I don't care what some of you crybabies think..I'm not that kind of person. I'm a businessman and I do what's Best for my organization. Jr Wiles-SA GM

Doesn't JR have to accept this trade first? First of All, Yes Chris you are correct! Until I accept in the "Trade Thread", the trade is not valid nor binding. I did not do this to make a point or cheat or to make more work for Ian or to hurt the Cabs organization. I did not accept or deny this trade until I rejected the trade in the above post. TC members and Ian I apologize. Not for following the rules and guidelines and for using my rights as a gm, but for the commotion. The Cavs and I agreed verbally but per rules until ALL Teams agree to the trade in the Trade Section-its not binding or legal to be completed. I am sorry that TC members went ahead and made their decision before I accepted. Even though I shouldn't feel bad. I also feel bad that Ian changed the team salaries already!--which need adjusted back because Gerald Green is a SA Spur Employee and because the SA Spurs did not receive a worthless junk second round pick. I hope the TC and the league learn from it. Either by imposing new rules to the way trades get ruled upon and finalized, or if the league wants to take it further and adjust other factors going forward which I believe would hurt the league and its future. We are in the off season and I am as a GM should be doing and that is making his/her team the best possible without breaking league rules. I again would never wait for the TC to decide before accepting or rejecting a trade purposely. That's just the way its seen. What's seen is not always the truth though. Maybe the trade guidelines need followed before TCs vote or non TC members voice their words on trades that honestly don't have anything to do with them. GMs assume I commit fraud...why should we not feel the same. Sincerely, JR-Spurs GM
