Well. Here we go.
Minnesota Trades:
76 Jahlil Okafor $3,990,700 $4,162,600 $5,261,526 $6,903,123
73 Willie Cauley-Stein $2,161,200 $2,254,200 $2,874,105 $3,914,531

Minnesota has about 28 million in cap space so, taking on less than 13 million here is fine.
Reasoning: Partially because I struck out in my pursuits of high-impact FA's (Kawhi and Jimmy). Partially because I'll still have pretty good depth after this. Partially because I'll probably have enough to offer a Max contract next season. Partially because I'm tired of being the 8 seed that gets steamrolled.
I really believe in Okafor and Booker. But, I will have Favors at C with Blake at PF and then Capela/Skal plus I can go after someone else as bench depth. Plus I have Oladipo and McCollum at SG. I think WCS is a great real-life (and sim) player but somewhat limited on his upside, especially offensively. And I already have Capela to back up Center. I think Sabonis is nice but again, dealing from an area of much depth and adding a top-level PF who will play 38-40 mpg in this sim, same with Favors.
It's just time to go for it. I've got the assets.
Bledsoe - McCollum - Crowder - Griffin - Favors
Collison - Oladipo - Capela - Skal - Tavares. I'll need to address backup SF but I've been needing to do that anyway. This just makes it more apparent since I have less overall depth. But, I really like my top 8 plus Skal as a project with immense upside.
I'm ready. Watch out D5.
