I've not followed this guy at all but, as a rule, I would not give a guy who drafted at #46, five years ago, a rating above 70.

Again, we'll bump guys up if they're better, but if they're not, it does more damage to have a "too good" rating for a bad player than a "not high enough" rating for a solid player. Easier to bump them up incrementally basically.
