NYK accept. Don't have too many guys later in the draft I'm interested in. Losing the pick next year in a loaded class hurts, but it is worth drafting Thon Maker at 7 just to piss off JR. Jay Z

I accept, not in love with any of the top picks outside those first two. The guys I like are much later in the draft, plus like Spike said i get another pick in next years stronger (hopefully) draft.

If you think its going to get under my skin so be it. There are better guys than Thon at the #8. Not only that, you pick Thon it gives me a very good chance at getting the kid I want. Yes I like Thon but there are a few NBA ready guys that I am looking to get first. If you know my teams over time you will see I want guys that can help me right away. I want to win. I cant sit here and twiddle my thumbs. So draft Thon and leave the guys I want available. Please do that for me. Its sometimes better to draft the best avail to trade for guys you want to help your team now, other than later. Thon may be the next Greek Freak. Whats the odds of that...haha Its going to be fun preparing my team and drafting a guy to trade for a legit NBA ready player. Free agency included and adding my FAs...its going to be a fun season in San Antonio!! Go Spurs!!

You realize you at speaking to the human equivalent of a brick wall. Good luck Spike. JR, I think you're a good guy but have never met anyone quite like you. Much interesting. Unlike yourself I am a normal guy. I dont claim to know it all or have the time you do to be spending your life on the league. I am a normal guy with two kids. I have been married twice and I am far from perfect. Ive been to jail, in group homes, foster care, MD Sheriffs Boys Ranch, Detention Centers and of course most of that was before I was 16..the rest before 21. Of course since I was 21..I have not been back to jail or of its kind because I changed my life for my kids. I learned the game of basketball playing with real guys. On the courts..in the streets. I dont claim to be anything i am not. I speak from my heart. I am real as they come. I dont need anyone taking up for me, unlike yourself. And just so Ian knows..you had to run your mouth...i just explained who i am... Ps i know im interesting. JR

And just so Ian knows..you had to run your mouth...i just explained who i am... Ps i know im interesting. JR JR. I'm sincerely happy that you turned your life around. I've never had any tough times like that. My sadness and tough times have come from losing grandparents far too young and cancer scares to my aunts and uncles. That kind of thing. That doesn't change how you come across on these boards. And, I also see myself as a normal guy. I like sports. I have a fiance whom I love dearly. We've been great together for over 12 years, aren't married yet (that part is definitely different but, we're happy so it's all good as far as I'm concerned), and have a home with 2 cats. I'm just a guy. As much as you "speak from your heart", I'm just speaking my mind. It's all the same. I'm not attempting to take advantage of my position. I really decided to take on a bigger role in this league with the Ratings Committee because I saw how you were taking advantage of over-rated (like, actually guys rated way higher than they were performing IRL) player on your team and doing better than teams that had players who were much better IRL, but whose ratings took a long time to be updated. So, I thank you for that. I wish you nothing but pleasant times in your life, but you are an enigma on these boards. I'll continue to treat you as such. :-)
