Cleveland Cavaliers trade:76 Greivis Vasquez - $9,000,000 - $8,010,000 - $7,128,900 - $6,344,721Austin Daye's contract - $2,220,000 - $2,464,200 - $2,735,262 Draft rights to Walter Tavares NOP 2016 2nd round pick SAC 2019 2nd round pick Total: $11,220,000 Denver Nuggets trade:79 Mario Chalmers - $5,550,000 - $6,160,50074 Andre Miller - $3,980,360 Total: $9,530,360 Works under 125% rule.
I accept. Changing my back up point guard to Vazquez instead of Chalmers is a negligible difference. Then Miller is irrelevant. Along with swapping back up PGs though I pick up Walter Tavares and a couple 2nd rounders. For me that makes up the difference of having a slightly worse back up PG. For Cleveland, he gets the better player but then also has the option to get rid of Chalmers after the year, save more than $10 million in salary, and move one step closer to bringing Lebron James back to Cleveland!

Accept. That 10 million cap space for the offseason will be huge!

Didn't you just sign him? Now you're paying to get rid of him? Hmm.
