I accept. I wouldn't consider myself a big fan of T. Ross and have made him available for the better part of a year now. Oubre was a player I had targeted in our last draft and am happy to bring him aboard.

Think Oubre is a lot better than Ross.
Oubre has a lot more potential. Ross is 25 and not going anywhere. Don't know why Magic would make this trade, assuming he is still alive and not a Zombie.

Ross had potential but that's really dwindling and Oubre doesn't look too bad. It's not bad enough to reject though.

You'd never know just by looking at his stats, but Ross is having the best season of his career. He's especially been playing well the last 20 games or so. He's finally settling into an efficient role of a 3 and D type of guy, with the occasional scoring explosion off the bench. He doesn't look like a dude who's going to try and take over and show he's a star anymore, he's just playing within himself, hitting catch and shoot treys consistently, and being a good role player.
As for Oubre, I dunno, I can't see him being better than what Ross is now, especially since he's similar to Otto Porter. Except Porter is better, and two years farther into his development. Oubre probably won't steal much playing time from him. But he's just 20, so who knows.

I accept. I have Barnes at SF and although Ross has peaked out he will replace the soon to retire KB from the team. Ross also has a defined role with Oubre it's a major question mark as the Durant (DC) rumors are gonna be rampant in the summer, in addition Washington also has Otto Porter at SF and they just added Morris at PF. Oubre will have a really tough time cracking into that lineup with Beal/Porter/Anderson/Dudley on the team.
