Leave him at an 87. I am tired of people having a couple great games and people want to immediately increase their rating. Another reason why the ratings are inflated.

Leave him at an 87. I am tired of people having a couple great games and people want to immediately increase their rating. Another reason why the ratings are inflated. While I agree with this concept in general, I think Butler is worthy of an increase. Ever since the beginning of last season, he has shown he is one of the top players in the NBA. Having said that, I would prefer to actually process is 87 increase rating before we put up another increase the rent on him. Although, his 87 was on the strength of last season I believe. That thread was put up at the end of last season during the playoffs. So, if you think what he's done this season is already worth a 90, then go for it. I really would prefer to wait at least another month or so.

22 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, 1.8 steals, 0.8 blocks. FG% at 45.9 taking 16 shots a game (career high). 3pt% is down but still respectable at 33%. FT% at 83.1%. Well known for high level of defense. Athletically gifted.
IJS, 86 feels low :-p

Not saying I disagree, but who? Call em out CP3 Dirk Dwight Dwayne Wade Marc Gasol Al Jefferson Lamarcus Aldridge Kyle Lowry CP3... kinda going beast mode right now, still in contention for top 3 pg, is 92 really too high? Has his defense fallen off? His stats are slightly down I guess, I could see 91, 90 maybe? Idk. Dirk.... agreed, but he's still the best player on a West. Conf. playoff team. Or is Carlisle their best player, idk? I'd go 85 probably. Dwight... probably about 2-3 points too high. Marc Gasol, is 87 too high for him? Still a premiere center with great touch and playmaking. Al Jeff is probably too high but why don't we wait until he comes off injury, he's not doing anything with that rating right now anyway. Lamarcus. Have his abilities gone down?? Or is it a change of scenery resulting in different stats. Seems like his efficiency has gone up and he's playing pretty solid D. Still a ~ star ~ player. and Lowry isn't even above Butler. 86 seems just fine for him, definitely.

I don't thin he needs to be lowered at all.
