A word on Rating Changes

Hey guys, I love the activity that we've had in the Stock Watch discussion area. 

I've noticed that a few people have chimed in with votes after the votes had already been tallied. Some of those threads are a week or so old. If your rating didn't get counted it was because it was posted after the rating change was tallied. This isn't because I don't think your vote matters or whatever but we have to shut it down at some point in order to actually act on the vote and change the player.

In the past, Charles put an end to voting when they are already working on it. I think, you should also do that.

I won't be able to go back and do it (just will take to much time) But I will do that moving forward.
