Current: 87
Suggested: 83
Still solid, can score but not like he used to. Plus he's not very good defensively, his rebounding and free throw have kinda dropped off. Idk, doesn't seem like an 87 anymore.

83. I think Drummond I better at this point and I rated him one point higher.

Looks like the end is near for Big Al. From 22 and 11 two years ago to 17 and 8 last year to 14 and 6 so far this year.

I'm not what to make of Big Al. I've been to 4 hornets games personally this year, 1 with Big al and 3 without, and watched them a lot on television. He is actually pretty good most of the time, the poor stat lines he gets are usually on days where is nursing some type of injury, when he is fully healthy he always puts up at least 20-8.
However, the hornets are a better team without him. Zeller has reached a new level of play this year, and the hornets are a very fluid team. When Kemba + Lin + Batum are on the court at the same time it just looks so fluid, the hornets look like they could beat any team in the East, including Cleveland. They are a different team with Big al on the court, he doesn't move as well as Zeller (lol), and it slows things down a lot for an already pretty slow team. The playcalling is always much better when it's through Batum and Kemba than it is when it's for Big Al.
When MKG comes back next year watch out.

His PER is actually the same as last year. His numbers are declining in the past few years, and maybe drugs could be blame too. And even the fit of the team.
Here are some more numbers worth noting.
His percentage on 0-3 feet is 72%, up by 13% from last year. He is taking more shots on 10 feet < 3 and his numbers are better than last year.
Let us be conservative with this guy, 85.

I agree with both Adam and Hanamichi. I think he is still a quality player, I just think Charlotte is going in a different direction. He came to Charlotte when there was not a lot going on in Charlotte. He became their big ticket draw. Now they have redesigned their team into more of an up tempo team and that does not bode well for Mr. Jefferson.
