I might keep him closer to a 77 or 78 but he's not proving to be an 80+ anymore, that's for sure.
77.5 for me.

Ya'll were the ones bitching about me closing threads too early. I don't think we need 3 weeks to collectively decide that David Lee is shit now compared to that rating.
Thats on you guys.

Doing my best along with the RC to process changes as quickly as we can. A lot of that ends up being determined by how often I can go into the game on my computer. It's just the process. We want to make sure we give everyone enough time to vote. Then we post their current ratings in the rating committee section. Then, we like to give each person enough time to chime in with their suggested changes. Then, I go into the game and change anywhere from 10 to 20 players at a time. Then I need to do a little bit more work on a spreadsheet to change three of the ratings that aren't reflected directly in the game. Then I copy and paste those ratings, send them to Ian*, and he inputs them usually within a week.
And again, it's just a process. If you weren't here two years ago, please understand this is much better than it used to be because Ian just did not have the time to do all of this. Nor should we have expected him to have that much time. I'm one of the biggest proponents for making sure we get these ratings correct, but if we rush the process we're going to make mistakes. This is pretty much always on my mind no matter how busy I get, so don't worry. It will get done. Cheers!

In years past, when a player was older and needed lowered, their injury and stamina would just be lowered.
I think waiting a bit is better than that.
