Bill Walker has decided to take his talents to the Indiana Pacers. They have a pretty good bench with guys like Mo Williams, Randy Foye, Hinrich, Hansbrough, and Amundson...but none of those guys can really handle the SF position. Bill can!
The Pacers were one of the few teams to offer a 2 year contract, which very much interested Bill. The money was also on par each year with pretty much any other offer, especially when factoring the deal being a 2-year contract.
The Pacers will be using a portion of their MLE this year for this signing:
Year 1: $1,500,000
Year 2: $1,500,000
