Year 1: $ 8,000,000 Year 2: $ 8,880,000 Year 3: $ 9,856,800 (player option) Year 4: $ 10,941,048 (team option) Year 5: $ 12,144,563 Carlos nearly signed with the Spurs, but ultimately went to where there was more guaranteed money with the Pistons. Carlos will be starting with Detroit. |

Carlos will be starting with Detroit. We are rebuilding. We are not paying a vet guaranteed money. He wanted no Team Option in yr2. This year we need boozer next season will boost the salary cap so its not a problem and player option in erd year its up to him if he will option out or in.
