We are doing this trade not only for the pick but to save $6mil in cap. We needed the cap space to sign our 2nd FA of the off season.

We had an offer before but we had to give up a future first. Here we get a future first...but lose a very good guard in Kevin Martin.

We have plenty of guards and we are looking to get younger and use our future players during our rebuild to get better.

After this trade and our FA signing we will make a trade or two and we will only have maybe one vet player left on our roster.

The SA Spurs Accept. We wish Kevin the best and hope he enjoys the playoffs in the joke of an Eastern Conference!!
