Timofey Mozgov has agreed to join the Brooklyn Nets signing a 5 year contract worth $70,000,000.

Year 1: $11,931,952
Year 2: $12,886,508
Year 3: $13,917,429
Year 4: $15,030,823
Year 5: $16,233,288

There was a tight race for Mozgov with a number of teams making very good offers. In the end Brooklyn had the best mix of money, chance of success, and dedication. Timofey is a excited to team up with guys like Batum and Kidd-Gilchrist, with him joining the team he believes the Nets can be a defensive juggernaut that will be a formidable test to even the most high powered offenses in the league.
