But have you looked at our available free agents list recently? He's no more fringe than a dude like Micknell Gladess. |

Honest question: You will lose time evaluating his game to give him specific ratings or you will give him something that match his overall? Personally, I don't care how his ratings will look like considering he is a no-factor and I am fine if you give him a 68-69. Same goes for Seth Curry and others players. I also wouldn't lose time creating a player like Prigioni who is about to retire.
I do think Delly, Montiejunas, Mirotic and some other players need to be created urgently though.

We won't spend a TON of time on a guy like Luigi Datome, we'll just make sure his points are in the right areas. But, honestly, we take our job seriously so we'll do a pretty good job overall on him. It's also just the easiest way to create these guys. We have a bit of a standard process, at least I do personally, and often I created players by assigning individual rating #'s to their categories and I ended up pretty damn close to my desired overall rating. So, it just kind of works, as long as the OVR is in line with what we know about their real life game. Long story short - we'll spend more time on the Mirotic's and the 2015 Rookies than we will on the Luigi Datome's, but they'll all end up as pretty accurate representations of themselves, b/c that's the easy way to do it, AND the best way to do it. So that's what we'll do. |

That is fine. Whatever you determine with Charles is fine with me to be honest. I said some players need to be created urgently but I meant I wouldnt be mad if the others (Luigi, Seth, Others) have sort of random ratings especially if specific ratings are hard to find when you are looking at season free agents.

They will just have templates, but unable to be signed until they come back.
