That does not look like a 77 to me.
Specially with DWS at 2.8 and DBPM at 1.3
Suggestion: 80
He is an all around wing man who is capable of playing PG if necessary. His defense has improve as well as his agressiveness.

My general rule is that if you need to use Per36 to argue a player that gets over 25 minutes a game then its not for a raise. You use Per36 to make a case that a bench guy is a bit better than a 70ovr.
