Ty Lawson is probably the most underrated PG in the NBA. He plays in a small market on a not so good team yet is nearly averaging a double double (16.7 PPG, 9.9 APG) as well as shooting it decently (44.8% FG, 35.1% 3PT).

He's currently an 83 and I think he needs an increase.

My suggested rating is an 86, Lawson's numbers are very comparable to what Teague is putting up.
