78 feels solid

I think a 79 is good for him. It allows us, the RC, to put his points in the proper places, 3PT shooting mainly.

Still at 82 I think he is more effective in cavalry compare when he is on NYK. but his 3pt is kinda decreasing.

Is it the 3pt% why Jr Smith will decrease? 4points of ratings will decreases for having .406% in 3pt line? Can I compare Crawford to Jr Smith?

I don't think starting for Cleveland means you're good means you're better than delladova lol

OK no argue I'm not gonna debate for that..if he deserve a decrease so be it..
As long the evaluation is fair.
Marion, shumpert and miller is better than delledova. But marion and miller are already in there decreasing game.
I really want to know the basis why smith will drop in 4 decrease rate? It's because. Of his 3pt%? Be more specific on details.

I don't think any NBA starter should be below 80. People can argue if they want about this. I know it depends on if it's a rebuilding team but Smith has been at least at minimum the 6th man. He is very similar to Crawford. I think a pt lower than Crawford is fair. I think he is an 81. So Smith at an 80 is fair for now. He was the 6th man of the year 2 seasons ago. Even in NY. Things got bad there and he went with the flow. If he was not doing his job as a starter on the 2nd hottest team in the East...they would be starting someone else. Look he is Not even a Spur anymore but I give him his props. As a starter in the sim he plays poorly anyhow at 82. He played on the bench before coming to SA averaging 2ppg. His attributes need adjusted anyhow. Even if He gets dropped 4 pts..his game needs adjusted. How is Barea on Indy or any of the rookies better. Why should other players that gave not earned the rating or to play ok in games...be that much better. Like in said I think he deserves no lower than An 80...but you guys in the ratings committee need to adjust him to play like himself... Because of right now you guys have not done so and if you have ...hopefully you have learned since his last decrease etc. My rating 80.(but he's ok at 82 without attributes adjustment)

automatically reading any NBA starter and 80 is one of the worst systems I've ever heard of. And JR Smith with six man of the year two years ago. you deserve is 82 rating then but it's 2015 now

Ghazny, w/o going into too much detail...even though I will probably post a long message anyway... #1) It's not always a decrease based on just this year vs. last year. A lot of players have not been touched in YEARS. So, that 82 could be very old. #2) That 82 could have been an overrating in the first place. I'm not saying it was, but just a general thought to hold in your head. #3) Think of it less like a "decrease" thread and more like a "what rating does this player deserve right now?" thread. Just ignore what they once were and find a criteria for yourself that rates players based on who they are now. I can understand factoring in past performance in that rating, but you should really ignore their rating b/c there is nothing saying that rating was ever right in the first place, and we also don't know how old that rating was. Hope that helps some.
