I really do believe Chris Paul is a Good player, but not as Good as James Harden or Stephen Curry right now, He doesn't deserve to be the top 3 player in our league

I agree with you on this. I think I am going to go with an 89. He can still be the floor general that he is as an 89, but his points can use the adjustments.

17 and 9 is not ridiculous enough for me.

Shooting 47 percent and 38 percent from 3 is insane efficiency for a PG. He also gets 5 rebounds per game and leads a top 5 nba offense.

He's elite PG right there with curry and Westbrook imo

Come on guys. Its not all about the numbers. He is a player at his prime! He is only 29 years old!

Its not realistic that a player at his prime loses 3 or more or even 2 points worth of skills in real life.. unless it is due to injury or we overrated him

I agree with your top 3 argument... but what are Westbrook and Curry rated? Neither of them are a 94...

Please try to refrain from using other player's ratings as a guide for rating players. I think both Curry and Westbrook have threads up for increases, so your argument is invalid, as they are being raised at the time Paul is being lowered. 

I know it is tough to avoid comparison between the rating's of players. But, it is best to use newly voted players ratings rather than ones that obviously need changed, as you are doing here.

It explains all his game...his rankings and why everyone hates on CP but at the same time he is producing at the top class in all production. Defense and offense. 

So just like many other actual great players here in the league we continue to wean out eventually CP is still one PG the best and If we wait 5 years I'm sure we will be talking about him and his game and he will still be one of the elite PGs..


And all the new young players that seem to be rising and getting ready to move past CP...

We will once again realize they were all overrated at the time...and had one year flops of greatness. Because only the real star players like CP continue more than just a season or two...but more like a career...

Chris Paul is the best point guard of the last decade. People gush over westbrook, but he isn't a point guard. He is a ball hog scoring guard. Paul was the original 1-2 combo guard, who could be steve nash AND westbrook like on any night, depending on matchup. All time great, for sure, JR.
