I accept. I have to trade Vonleh, but I get another rookie in McGary.
McGary plays for OKC and Vonleh plays for Charlotte. Not quite sure if I am sure if Vonleh will develop in Charlotte or not, I am a lot more confident McGary will develop in OKC.

I also get Thaddeus Young, who is a great young fella. He is putting up some good points, and will help lead the Pacers to home court in the East with JJ Barea, Danilo Gallinari, and David West.

The downfall for me is that I give up some more of my cap room. About to have to do some trades and clear some cap.

I get why Utah and Toronto do this. I'm not sure about the thought process behind for the Pacers though, this basically reverses the Vonleh for Anderson deal, except Ryan Anderson is better than Thad Young. But whatever, it's not unfair.
