I accept, I didn’t want to trade Hibbert at all even though his contract is awful. He was putting up solid numbers for me. Since I traded Millsap and now hibbert I have cleared a lot of cap room for next off season to re-sign Jordan and hopefully a PF.
This trade give me some flexibility

How dare you trade Turiaf after I gave him to you.

I accept.
The last thing I really wanted to do was trade Jordan but having 3 key free agents coming up in the same off-season forced a move. Hibbert isn't a bad consolation prize.
With Hibbert, I can continue to compete this season while removing the possibility of losing my starting center for nothing at the end of the year.
Now we can focus on bringing back Melo and Parker in the off-season.

Coach K - you do have bird rights on all three of those guys and your team is performing ok with them, seems strange to downgrade like this (at least in my opinion you are), but I'll accept.

How many players is it? if he can sign all 3 under bird rights, ill decline the trade becuase i know Coach K and myself thought it was only one player.

So long as the player had three years on their contract when they joined a team, that team has their bird rights when his contract expires. The language of that rule does say: "A team is given the 'Bird Rights' to one of their players if that player has not changed..." But you could, and maybe I should, substitute the word "one" for "any". "A team is given the 'Bird Rights' to any of their players if that player has not changed..."

Reject. Thanks for clarifying.
As you guys all know, I have stood by DeAndre Jordan since day 1 and there is no way I want to deal him if at all possible.
Knowing that I have Bird rights and the possibility of resigning all 3 helps.
Thanks again.

I hope DeAndre's agent, as well as Melo's and Parker's, look at Coach K's willingness to trade helpful pieces of Roy Hibbert!

I was gonna say this trade makes no sense, and actually hurts both teams. I understand how it came to be given the confusion over bird rights though. It's better for both teams this doesn't happen.
