The SA Spurs Accept. We need Boozer to play along side NENE. They should play well together. We have previously signed two other vet players that were signed because of acquiring Boozer in this trade.(even though its quite different) We actually had this trade in mind before making the other moves. With the starting lineup below we feel we can make it into a playoff spot while still rebuilding the next two years.

Boozer possesses no value past this year and, in reality, I am playing for next year. If Robinson gets something going, which he shows flashes of and hopefully Aldridge won't hold up, then I will accept his option. If not, we get our cap space back with no problem. As for Felton, his team option will be declined. I also get a pick which never hurts. Nice trading with you JR and good luck! |
