The Real Bobcats Assistant GM IS...Dear Bobcat Report readers, we're proud to inform that we discovered who's the Bobcats Assistant GM... As we said, it's a south-american guy and now we know that he was an D5 GM but left before the league started. He's Marco, the 1st new D5 Clippers GM. He has been helping Lucas Lutkus and Michael Jordan with trades and free agency stuff and is talking with some teams with trade offers. When asked about his job, Marco said: 'I'm helping this guys, they contacted me after i left the league and i think we have a good long-term plan to chase the championship in the next 2/3 years'

DeadSpin: How do you feel about the incident last week where there was heated argument between your assistant and the GMs of Minnesota and Sacramento over a trade made by those two GMs.

Charlotte Observer: Does your assistant feel a need to give his opinion on EVERY single trade made within the league without being asked?

I liked the trade, he doesn't, he complained and the things got ugly hahaha, i wasn't involved and i know he regrets on starting the argument.

Lucas Lutkus: hahaha, i think that, like everyone here, he loves this league, i mean, he was trying to get away but he couldn't haha, i feel like he have really strong oppinions and likes to share it. Sometimes we disagree in some things, but it's great to have his oppinion helping me. And huge trades are always huge trades, like NYK-ORL one or BRO-OKC one, they always share oppinions...

When asked about his job, Marco said: 'I'm helping this guys, they contacted me after i left the league and i think we have a good long-term plan to chase the championship in the next 2/3 years' I don't think it is remotely possible for Bobcats to contend for the championship anytime soon, lol.

That's not what I asked Lucas Lutkus: Well, it's not in every single trade, he gives his opinion in a good part of the trades like i do too, life here in Charlotte is sometimes boring, so we search for things to do and we always like to share our thoughts in the trades made here.

That's not what I asked I understand what you mean and I apologize if it bothers you. I simply can't help myself. However, Ian does welcome different perspectives on trades so I post if I feel like there is something to add.

I respect that, I just wish you would be less...vehement when you are talking about trades. With my deal with Minny, I felt like you were personally attacking me as a GM (besides the cheating part even).

I really didn't like the trade for your team but the talk went to unexpected territory. I probably shouldn't have said most of the things I said. I apologize for that. Moreover, I shouldn't have posted as a Guest. That was a coward act.

Anyways, I'll take that quote from you off my signature and we will start over, sound good to you?

Yes, Thanks. You did anything wrong. People join sim leagues for fun and it is no fun when someone suddenly starts accusing for something you didn't do.
