Carlos Boozer: The Sacramento Recount

I demand a recount on Boozer! He still averaging 12.6 PPG, 7.2 RPG, 1.3 APG, and shooting 52.2% from the field. Remember, FG% means a hell of a lot in this league! You are going to tell me he's only two points better than Caron Butler? I think he's AT LEAST an 80.

He might be the worst defender in the NBA, plays in the Lakers stat stuffer offense and I can't emphasize how bad he is on defense. 12 and 7 to me with absolutely no defense to me is a 78. Especially in an offense that has no other options and with him is still historically bad on both ends.

Hahaha vlade you're the best,you will never give up on bosh. I think bosh is an above average pretty damn good defender and overall they aren't close to comparable. Overall I hate guys that post empty stats on bad teams while not playing defense or even trying

I will agree with you that Boozer use to be a lot better, but in his prime he would be a borderline 90 kind of guy. Before I posted this, I looked in the old thread and NO ONE said anything about his defense. Quite frankly, I am not how we can justify lowering Boozer in a similar fashion to Caron Butler when their statistics are not even close to comparable.

Now, you bring up defense so I brought up the Chris Bosh thing; which I hate to do because people automatically start tuning me out. Therefore, I am going to provide with a video and you tell me if Boozer couldn't do a better job than Bosh.

Thank you for making a new thread for the increase rather than going into his old thread and fuckin shit up in there. I agree with you Vlade, he should be an 80, but, we aren't the only ones who get to vote.

Vlade boozer couldn't do a better job than bosh.

And for what it's worth, and I don't know why I have to continually remind you of this, Boshs defense is not great against 1v1 big post bangers. He's naturally a PF and his defensive ability is amazing against quicker bigs and against the pick and roll.

I appreciate your post but Boozer could do a much better job on Hibbert or West, particularly the latter, than Bosh.
