I think I've rated all the New group of PGs the same. An 86 seems fair for all of them.

I've gotta be the guy here I guess who totally loves Damian's game across the board. I think to give him credit for everything he is doing this year, he needs to be at an 88.
I'll make him prove it longer before I give him the 89 but he's working his way there IMO. He is really amazing. Keep in mind Portland doesn't always run their offense through him (Batum has like 5apg again this season), so his 6apg is very good for a guy who plays off the ball a lot.
His 3's are awesome, he's improving his fg% if I remember correctly, awesome FT% guy.
88 for now.
