Byron Mullens put on a show and the Bobcats defeated the Wolves
In a fantastic performance by Byron Mullens, who's a serious MIP candidate so far, the Charlotte Bobcats defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves in a very close game.
Muggsy Bogues also put on a show and we've seen a great improvement of the Charlotte Bobcats that, even without Nick Young who got traded, managed to score well and win the game.
4 of the 5 starters of the Bobcats scored more than 10 points.
After the game, Mullens said some things:
'Well, it's great when we can put on our game plan and it works out right, it's always good to win, it's even better to win agains a tough team. T-Wolves have Kevin Love, Ricky Rubio and Tyreke Evans, and we defeated them! We feel like one of the best teams in the league, you know?'
Best Bobcats in the game:
Byron Mullens - 25 pts, 14 rebs
Bismack Biyombo - 8 pts, 15 rebs, 3 blks
Kemba Walker - 18 pts, 6 asts
Two games: one close loss and one win over two great teams. Is Bogues the right coach for the Bobcats?
After going 1-1 in his first two games, Muggsy Bogues is going to have his first home test when the Bobcats go up against the Knicks on November 23rd.
Bogues said that he's happy, but reminded us that he's interim and said that he's going to bring Rodman to the trainings in the next days.
'You know, this guy is an inspiration machine. All his bad words, his emotion, his anger, he can get anyone on fire, it's great to have Rodman working with us, he understood why he got suspended and he's okay with it. I'm bringing him to Charlotte to help me in training the team.'
Rodman also said some things:
'You know man, Lucas and Jordan were trying to hire a f*cking tactics coach to help me, i don't need any f*cking help. They were thinking in John f*cking Hollinger! Serious motherf*cker? I'm happy that Muggsy is winning some f*cking games with the team, this shows them that we don't need a f*cking tactics assistant coach. Muggsy is already f*cking great and he's going to help me even more when i come f*cking back! In Black!'
And you? Do you prefer the calm and focused coach Muggsy Bogues or the weirdo motivational coach Dennis Rodman?
