Due to a confusion in the signing process of second round players, drafted second round players from the 2012 or 2013 drafts who have yet to play an NBA game, because they are playing overseas, may have their draft rights retrospectively retained if the drafting team's GM posts to claim them in the second-round signing thread for 2013. Accompanying each claim must be a link to each player's Wikipedia entry that shows the player has not yet played an NBA game and is still a currently active professional player. The deadline for claiming these players is February 1st, 2015. |

What about the 2014 draft? The season is not yet done, so there's no need for any special rule to apply. To claim overseas second rounders this year post in the signings thread. |

There are only a few rookies that can still be claimed from past drafts:
Tomáš Satoranský - Utah Jazz
Ognjen Kuzmić - Miami Heat
Janis Timma - New York Knicks
Michael Snaer - New Orleans Pelicans (was undrafted)
Then there are these guys from the 2014 draft:
Clint Capela - Houston Rockets
Nikola Jokic - Memphis Grizzlies
Vasilije Micic - Houston Rockets
Alessandro Gentile - Houston Rockets
Walter Tavares - Cleveland Cavaliers
Thanasis Antetokounpo - Los Angeles Lakers
Nemanja Dangubic - Sacramento Kings
