Since we're using season-ending injuries now, should we implement an Injured Reserve roster spot to place those players in? That way, you could have 15 players + your injured guys.

That would get tricky to administrate on the database/in-game.
If any of your players become injured then they will be placed on your team's IR, that's the gist of it really.

NBA Teams have 12 Active Roster spots and then 3 Inactive. Guys who are either
A) At the game and in street clothes on the bench or B) In the DLeague
The Inactive list is the IR list basically. They don't have an actual IR. It's not Football, and it's not Baseball with a DL either. Just Inactive.
