If Andre Drummond can improve his FT up from OMG to bad he'll be really really good.
Now onto Hibbert, I love his rim protection and size but I'm sorry if you are 7'1" and only average 44% and 6.6 rebounds that is not good at all. As it stands he sucked last year and now without PG drawing opposing defenses he's gonna struggle even more now that 3 guys will be down in the lane 1 for Hibbert and 2 for West. Unless CJ Miles can finally bust out into the 20ppg guy he has hiding in there then this season is gonna be ugly.

77 kep his defensive stats more or less and bring him down to a complete 0 on offense and maybe lose some rebounding.

For one, Drummond should probably be a couple of points higher.
For two though, Hibbert doesn't do many things tangibly well. DWS he has Drummond beat for sure, which most people would agree Hibbert has a general advantage on defense, and Hibbert blocks shots well, but other than that he, at least last year, doesn't do that much that well.
I'll go...hmm, I'd like to look at his individual ratings and see what could come down and what is already low. I'm on board with lowering his rebound and offense though.

81 on defense alone. See: Tyson Chandler

81 on defense alone. See: Tyson Chandler Chandler is a better rebounder and athlete though so that should take at least a couple points of overall rating away. Chandler is also pretty elite at finishing around the basket, something Roy knows nothing about, which could be another point at least of OVR rating.

He is fine at an 81. He had the worst season of his career, so I don't think we should be overreacting. If he sucks again this year then we could look at it again but he is an elite post defender and the previous two seasons he averaged 29.2mpg, 12.3ppg, 8.5rpg, 2.3bpg with an 18.2 PER. That is easily worth an 81. If Tyson Chandler can get an 82 with almost all defense and rebounding, and Andre Iguodala can get an 88 off of mostly defense, then Hibbert is fine at an 81.

Dude I'm sorry but he wasn't much better literally last season, that playoff hype they generated by pushing the Heat to 7 games is what got him that 81 I'd bet. BBRef HibbertHe's been below 45% shooting as a center for the past 2 years. That's freaking terrible and by far one of the least efficient starting bigs in the NBA. For the past two years he's basically been Tyler Zeller's rookie season with rim protection. You're fine to have your vote but this isn't one year of being terrible on offense its definitely a trend.

I will also add, with the RC shaping up the way it is, we will have an ability to make "drastic" changes and then fix them mid-season and after the season. Every few months we'll have a chance to fix any mistakes we may have made.
Just saying, we can take bigger "risks" than we used to. If a player played like crap for a good portion of the year, especially if there are no injury concerns attached, then we should kick their rating's ass. If they get better, we bump them back up.
Edit: Not sure if I had a rating on him, I'll go 79

QFT Hibbert hasn't been "good" and Tyson Chandler's rating is a bit messed up in my eyes, as are lots of these guys, in my eyes, relative to their peers.
