Kirilenko is currently an 83. Which is pretty bogus.
This year's numbers vs last years (via ESPN)

"But, Chuck, he only played 19.0 MPG, of course his stats are down!!! Show us his Per 36 stats, that will show you he's still an 83!!!" That would be relevant if he could play 36 minutes a night, but anyways, here they are:

Now, he isn't in D5 anymore, but because he is in F5, I have to make the post in there since this is where the roster file originates.
Walt and Ian voted a 79 in the other AK47 thread, before the 2013-2014 season, and his stats got considerably worse.
He is currently an 83. Some other players who are currently an 83, unless otherwise noted, that play a similar position or have similar skills: Tyreke Evans, Danilo Galinari (82), Evan Turner (80), Klay Thompson (Soon to be an 81 I believe), Rudy Gay (Geting a bump up from an 83), Paul Pierce (Soon to be in the 81-83 range), Chandler Parsons (81), Batum (83, think he is on his way up though), Gordon Hayward (80), Faried (80). There's lots but I think you get the point.
He was taken out of D5 but is still over in F5 as an 83. He didn't play during the 11-12 in the NBA, likely because of the lockout, which probably allowed him to take the Russian steroids and some how stop the downward spiral that was his career and get on an NBA roster the following season.
Anyways, the stats speak for themselves, he's gotten considerably worse since Walt and Ian voted him a 79. And even though he only play 20 minutes a night, he didn't go out there and light the world on fire.
5 points, 3 boards, an assist and a half, a steal, and half a block a night, coupled with a turnover a game is a 72 for me.
My Vote: 72
