I'm pretty sure this breaks the future picks rule. Including 2014 picks in this deal and that 2018 picks means it spans 5 years of drafts.

Since we have advanced a year but the draft is currently happening, I'm guessing you have to work under the 2014-17 timeframe or the 2015-18 timeframe.
Brian Scalabrine could make the picks though and you guys could do this deal by trading the player's draft rights.
